SPV Fundraising & Operational Launch

Initiated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) fundraising round and began full-scale construction, procurement, and operational activities for AI data centers.

Launch of 200 MW AI Facility

Successfully launching our flagship 200 MW AI data center facility, marking a significant milestone in global operational capacity.
